Ingredients

  • 250 gms desicatted coconut (coconut chura)


  • 150 gms powdered sugar


  • 1/2 cups fresh cream/malai


  • 10-12 nos saffron strands


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Dry roast desicatted coconut in a pan for 1 minute so that its raw smell goes out.
  • Heat Kadhai. Add fresh cream or malai and sugar. Stir well until 1 string consistency.
  • Add coconut & cardamom powder. Add saffron milk. Mix all properly. Remove from gas.
  • Rest it until cool. Make laddu.
